“Business coaching is a collaborative process that helps businesses, owners, managers and employees achieve their personal and business-related goals to ensure long-term success.”

We essentially distinguish between three types of coaching:

  • Coaching for immediate performance improvement

  • Coaching as support and guidance for executives (Executive Coaching)

  • Coaching for the development of competencies, particularly leadership skills

A suitably qualified coach can help address and work through challenges, open up new perspectives and develop new skills and competencies. A management coach is generally expected to be taken seriously as a conversation partner on an equal footing.

A coach is not a teacher, advisor, preacher, problem-solver, comforter or confessor, but rather a partner in overcoming entrepreneurial challenges and business-related problems.

Benefit from the experience of others. A coach acts as a sparring partner and provides critical, constructive feedback. Often, it is the small details that make the difference between success and failure. This can even extend to advice on personal appearance and appropriate conduct in social settings, both at private and official events.
